A beginner violin & viola program for children ages 6 and up. Organized and run by First Steps Piano, taught by Siddharth Kravetz, a Duke Ellington School of the Arts violinist.
Duke Ellington School of the Arts class of 2028. Violinist in the DC Youth Orchestra. Has performed at venues such as Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall, the Philharmonie Berlin, and the Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage. Finalist in Marlin-Engel Solo Competition.
Alumnus of the Boston University Tanglewood Institute; performed as a member of the Young Artists Orchestra at Seiji Ozawa Hall and at Tanglewood on Parade. Experienced tutor supported by 1,000+ positive reviews from students hailing from 92 countries; experience teaching blind students, non-native English speakers, and students with learning disabilities. Has performed a wide variety of violin repertoire, ranging from Romantic concertos to jazz.
